Most items are shipped by UPS, which depending upon shipping distances, takes 3-5 business days to reach the customer. Under some circumstances, we may also use FedEx, Puralator or Canada Post. Please allow 7-10 days for stock availability and order processing .

Microcomputer Science Centre Inc. accepts returns under the following terms and conditions.
To return a product purchased at Microcomputer Science Centre Inc., you must first contact either our shipping or service department, indicating the reason for the return. No return authorization will be granted until MSC service, sales and shipping staff have reviewed the request. This process will take a minimum of 24 hours, but no more than 2 to 3 business days. If granted, clients will be issued a Replacement Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA number. All return items must be accompanied by an RMA number when returned.
We accept returns on hardware within 30 days of receipt of goods, and will refund the full purchase amount provided that the item is returned undamaged and in a saleable condition. Damage to the packaging and contents of a product, including those incurred during shipping to our office, are grounds for refusal to issue a refund.
