Remote Assistance for Windows

*Contact our service department to determine if remote support is required.

1. Click on the ‘Download TeamViewer for Windows’ button below to download the TeamViewer application for Windows. If you are using an older version of Windows, click on the ‘Download TeamViewer v.6 for Windows’ button instead.

2. Close any programs or information you do not want the technician to see.

3. When prompted to ‘Run’ or ‘Save’, Click Run. This will execute a virus free Remote Assistance Application to allow our service technician to take control of your computer.

4. If a security prompt comes up and asks if you want to allow the program to run, click Yes.

5. Provide the service technician with the ID shown on your screen.

6. The technician will connect and share control of your computer.
You never lose the ability to control the computer yourself.

Remote Assistance for Mac

1. Click the ‘Download TeamViewer for Mac’ button below to download the TeamViewer application for Mac.

2. Close any programs or information you do not want the technician to see.

3. Once the download is complete, start the application. This will execute a virus free Remote Assistance Application to allow our service technician to take control of your computer.

4. Provide the service technician with the ID shown on your screen. 

5. The technician will connect and share control of your computer. You never lose the ability to control the computer yourself.

Webinar for Windows

*This is not for Remote Assistance, this is used for Webinars/Presentations.

1. Click the ‘Download QuickJoin for Windows’ button below to download the QuickJoin application for Windows.

2. When prompted to ‘Run’ or ‘Save’, Click Run. This will execute the QuickJoin application to allow you to join the Webinar.

3. You will then be asked to input your Partner ID which you should have recieved via Email from us, and input a friendly username for us to identify you by.

4. Once you click join you will be connected to the Webinar and can follow further instructions given by the presenter.

5. Alternatively, you can view the presentation directly from your browser using this TeamViewer website. (Requires Adobe Flash)

Download QuickJoin for Windows

Webinar for Mac

*This is not for Remote Assistance, this is used for Webinars/Presentations.

1. Click the ‘Download QuickJoin for Mac’ button below to download the QuickJoin application for Mac.

2. Running this will execute the QuickJoin application to allow you to join the Webinar.

3. You will be asked to input your Partner ID and Password which you should have recieved via Email from us, and input a friendly username for us to identify you by.

4. Once you click ‘Connect to Partner’ you will be connected to the Webinar and can follow further instructions given by the presenter.

5. Alternatively, you can view the presentation directly from your browser using this TeamViewer website. (Requires Adobe Flash)
