Contact our service department to determine if remote support is required.
1. Click the Remote Assistance image on the left to download the application.
2. When prompted to 'Run' or 'Save', Click Run. This will execute a virus free Remote Assistance Application to allow our service technician to take control of your computer.
3. Close any programs or information you do not want the technician to see.
4. Provide the service technician with the ID shown on your screen.
5. The technician will connect and share control of your computer. You never lose the ability to control the computer yourself.
